Friday was my first attempt at trying to fly my Trex 600 in stabilized mode. I had previously been mixing the simulator with the 600 into the loop, everything seemed great. I got to the field on Friday powered the heli up on the bench. Controls are working perfect left is left, right is right. If I pitch the helicopter forward the swash goes back. I then put the helicopter on the flight line and spooled her up. I think I got it 90% spooled up before I noticed the blades pitching back. I tried to adjust with some forward input on the sticks, but it was to late. The blades cut off the boom. I was really not sure on why it did this. I then removed the blades and spooled her back up and there was no crazy inputs like before. My question is, should I power up the heli while on the flight line and not touch it after power up? It seemed by me walking the helicopter out to the flight line the Swash had pitch back to where it wasnt level. Also I noticed today in my param setting I had H_FLYBAR_MODE set to 0 on a flybar heli is that enough to freak it out? One more thing is it easier for the autopilot if the helicopter was FBL? I attached my param file I think I have it pretty close.

I also started playing with my Col_Min/Max and I'm not getting the best results, I only notice a change with Min value. When I change Min I get to much positive or no much negative depending on which way I go with the value. Where do I begin with these values?
Having the Flybar mode set to zero wouldn't do this. That only affect Acro mode.
There are a number of things that could cause this. I've had many incidents like this caused by vibrations which confused the APM. Normally it tips over sideways and the blades strike the dirt. But in this case, that's not my first suspect.
I looked at your params, and the Stab_pitch/roll_P term is NEGATIVE 0.8??!?! That's probably really very bad, and I'm surprised it's even possible. Did you do that?
Also, your Stab_pitch/roll_I should be 0, and the Imax should be zero. Do not use these, especially with a flybar.
I'm also surprised you could even move the swashplate enough to cut off the tail. Try changing H_PIT_MAX and H_ROL_MAX to 2500, that is what I use.
I also see your H_COL_MIN, MAX and MID are still set to the defaults. Did you set these?
Sorry for the damage, hopefully you can get this fixed up.
Sorry to hear about your de-tailing. That's happened to me once although it was in difference circumstances (it was in the early days and I set my D term much to high and the heli tore itself apart).
Sounds like you had I term build-up. I think you should reduce the stabilize roll and pitch IMAX values to more like 2. I'm not sure what the default is but it might be something like 7.
Normally I plug in the copter/heli only when i'm at the launch point. I don't carry it around after plugging it in.
