Tuning APM 2.5 with 3DR Radio Telemetry

Is it possible to do the basic start up and tuning on the APM 2.5 using the 3DR Radio Telemetry kit (ie to update the APM 2.5 firmware then to do the Accel Calibration And Compass offset calibration, Compass motor calibration ) Instead of using the USB cable?

Any of the calibration steps can be done via the radio link.

The firmware update needs to done via USB.
