Im looking for to make turbine uav jet and im still hesitated about the components that it will work with me

i would like to discuss it here so i hope someone could help

the jet speed could reach 400 mils/hour

so i think the 5hz u-blox gps will not work with me 

so i want to know if this items could work with px4fmu or apm or openpilot
