Anybody have any suggestions for a UAV design. I'm looking to make one for an upcoming competion and stumbled when it comes to a good design. Any info regarding design aspects would be helpful.~What wing design is the best? (delta, swept wings, high, low, or mid wings)~a V-tail or the original vertical/horizontal stabilizers?~Engine placement? (front of the fuselage, wings, tail)~Tricycle landing gear or conventional landing gear

Airframe design should flow from the requirements of the competition...do you have a need for speed?? requirement for major stability? - or maybe you have to carry / deliver a payload? Tell us more and I am sure we can give you plenty of conflicting opinions...lol
