UHF radio tx and fatshark goggles

I have a Y6 with APM2 , minim OSD,  Rmilec UHF on turnigy 9X,   800mw 1.3ghz video tx/rx with LC filter. Cloverrleaf 1.3ghz antenna's.

For FPV :

I have everything all up to the point where I can fly with gopro , video tx/rx and fatshark connected. I have ground tested everything inc OSD. Firstly I had lots of interference on the video from the ESC's, so I added a LC filter, and that solved that issue.

I have interference from the UHF tx onto the fatshark base edition goggles  if I have the radio tx within 3 feet of the goggles or lead. How do I rectify this please ?

  • Get a 2.4g TX/RX module.

You could also do some low pass filtering on your TX.  Just calculate out a low pass filter for your frequency and solder it in.  If you're lucky you can do it right on the tx board or on the tx pin.
