Unable to configure the APM 2.5 in Mission Planner

Hi,

I am a newbie to the APM and have not been able to get the APM setup. I can connect to the Mission Planner with no problem but I am unable to calibrate the radio, the accelerometers or see any update to the HUD display.

I've installed  Adrucopter 2.9.1b and Mission Planner 1.2.53.

Now here is where it gets weird. If I look at the APM data in the terminal mode I can calibrate the radio, the accelerometers and see that I have a GPS lock. After many hours of fiddling around I decided to try another FW release. I install via the Mission Planner 2.9.1, 2.8, 2.7 and 2.6. When I install 2.6 everything works as expected. If I reinstall the newer versions of the FW again I end up with the same issue with nothing working.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I am having the excact same issue with a brand new apm 2.5. Calibrates in terminal but nothing shows up in graphical mode. Sad to see there are no answers in this post.
    Were you able to calibrate and arm ESC's?
