I want to take this smart technology that you guys have developed and apply it to an agricultural tractor. Can someone advise me on how best to do this?

If you can use the CAN bus interface, there are several members working on a CAN interface for the PX4 FMU/IO that will probably have sufficient horsepower for your application. Also you might want to join our ArduRover User Group :http://www.diydrones.com/group/ardurover-user-group
