I am in the initial stages of tuning my new airplane. I got FBW_A mode working after adding a little more pitch comp. I tried the FBW_B mode for the first time today and the throttle was not smooth. This is a fairly high powered airplane (GP Escapade EP) and it sounds like it was using too much throttle causing it to surge a little. It did hold the airspeed and altitude fairly well.
I looked at the APM Configuration page and did not see any PID parameters for the throttle servo (ESC). Any suggestions on how to smooth out the throttle control?
