Unusual raw sensor data when Quad is on the ground

I've been getting prepared for doing some more test flights with the latest code and i noticed with everything ready to take off the APM Planer virtual horizon was jumping around, showing upto +/- 10 degrees of pitch movement, but the quadcopter is still on the ground with no external vibration or movement.

 

So I had a look at the APM Planner Raw Sensor Data and there appears to be gyro activity.

Is this normal or do i have a fault on my sensor board?

    This is a temporary misalignment with the planner. We moved the gyro calibration to first Arming of the copter. In the next version this is working normally. It has no effect in normal flight.
