Upgrading 3DR 2013 X8 to 2014 flight time

I have a 2013 X8 and looking at the 2014 specs I would like to get similar improvements in lift and flight time.

What are the main components to upgrade, and how easy is it?

Looking at the parts list it looks like at least the ESC's, motors and battery are new.

    not sure one what the actually BOM list upgrade is however I believe they are using SunnySky motors, We have been working out a few motor upgrades that use the existing esc's that will provide the additional payload and flight times.
