Urgent help: APM 2.5 build

Hi Guys,

I got my new APM 2.5. I am running it under Windows, arduino 1.01 with VS 2010. I am using ArduPlane 2.68 and 2.67 source code. It builds successfully. However, the problem is:

1) When I open the serial monitor the accelerometers/ gyro keep calibrating infinitely. Says Initializing APM.....Initializing APM.....?? Initializing APM.....

2) In the beginning it does BLOCKERASE 390: BL ERASE.. Any issues with dataflash card?

This does not happen when I load it using Mission planner and test in CLI mode (it does not do the init_ardupilot() setup, I believe). I haven't changed a bit of code yet.

Why does this happen? Has it happened with anyone else? See attached output file I got from Serial monitor.

    @Shyam,

    Are you using Arduplane code or Arducopter code? You have posted this issue in the ArduCopter2.x forum, but your post states that you are using ArduPlane 2.68 or 2.67.

    I believe that the latest versions of the ArduPlane code may require a special version of the Arduino IDE 1.03 which can be found here: http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/downloads/list
