USB to PPM cable converter help...

Hello all,

I am looking to send commands to my Arducopter Quad via a C++ program and a Fly Sky 9Ch Tx/Rx (Same as the Turnigy 9Ch from Hobby King).

I have read around and I believe that I need a USB to PPM cable converter that would run from my Trainer Port to the USB. Then windows would recognize the RC Transmitter.

I have two Questions:

1) What is the best USB to PPM cable to get (I have only found one Here for $76)?

2) What problems/issues/bugs can I expect with running signals OUT to the transmitter?

Any questions/comments would be greatly appreciated!

    Since it's been some time since you published, did you find some answers to these questions?

    I am going along this exact path and want to experiment using the computer - taking the RC most of the time off the equation.
