Using a Yuneec receiver and st16 on the pixhawk

Does anyone have any experience installing a pixhawk in an H920 or using a yuneec rx and st16/24 with their pixhawk. Im putting a pixhawk in a typhoon H and need assistance.

Copy that I have the 920 as well and looking at the Pixhawk 2.1 would love to keep my st16 even if it required internal hardware changes.
