Is it possible to use an infrared remote control to control the Blimpduino? I know at least with the Basic Stamp there are yards of code of how to control a 'bot with a Sony remote control - the codes are well documented. I'm sure some one has done similar with the Atmega/Arduino platform. With all those IR sensors, I imagine it would pick up signals nicely. Any thoughts?

I suppose you could, but why? It's designed for RC, which is super cheap and good, and you've have to redesign the whole board to add a different sort of IR sensor. I'm not seeing the point....
