Using Arduino Mega

The APM 2.0 libraries can be run on the arduino Mega?I would like to connect the IMU-Shield Oil pan with the Arduino Mega for reading gyros and acel.So my questions is that, if the libraries to read the analog sensors can be used by the arduino mega?Thnks

    No, the APM code is specific to the the APM boards. They will not work on a standard Arduino dev board.
