Yes it is possible.
ardupirates uses 2 channels for AUX (GPS and ALT hold)
it reads as full throttle or zero throttle.
so to activate or de-activate the channel you will have to turn the pot trim all the way to each end.
you have to make sure you can configure the pot trims to output directly and independently on the transmitter channels.
