This may already be talked about but here it goes.
I just bought a Sjcam SJ8 and a SJcam gimbal 2. They can both be controlled through android app and the gimbal connects to the camera via bluetooth and then the phone to the gimbal.
This gimbal is only $90 and I was thinking about mounting it under one of my drones. If I can connect it to a bluetooth module mounted on the drone through a RFD 900 for long range then control using same setup on the ground it would be a great. Camera control and gimbal all in one for under $300 and its a pretty good camera.
I read an old post about mission planner being used this way, just not sure if I could connect the gimbal the same way? Any ideas?
