    If they're not showing up as in the status readings (I think they're called "sonarrange" or something like that, they haven't been enabled properly. Make sure that you've selected the right type of sonar and wired them up right. You might need to power cycle the Pixhawk to get any new settings to register at startup 

    Just to be clear, are you using Mission Planner or APM Planner?
