I'm having the following problem : When calibrating radio from Mission Planner, if the throtlle is fully down (0 throttle), and I calibrate yaw channel, the motors arm (this is the sequence to do so, but should be desabled while calibrating radio).

yes, good point. But you should always have your 4-wire cable unplugged on the benchtop, so that shouldn't be a problem. Also, the motors will only arm if you hold the yaw to the extreme for two seconds or more. There's no need to do it that long while calibrating the radio.
