Very weird problem encounter on mission planner

I have a DJI F450 uav and i am using mission planner. When i switch to auto mode on my RC it wont auto take off or auto land. Anyone know what could be the possible problem? I have try locking my gps but it still wont work. Please help !! Thanks :)

    Thanks for the reply. Yup tired already still no use. I actually manage to auto take off ONE time but after that it didn't respond to it anymore. Very weird problem.

    Have you increased the throttle, it won't start an auto-mission until the throttle is raised?
