Vibration damping

Hi,

I finally got my damping-gel-pads. Should I mount my whole flightcontrol (Arduino + 2 Shields) on them or should I mount the Arduino directly onto my quad and just use the pads for my sensor boards?

I think in general, more mass will resist vibrations better. I've had good luck isolating the entire apm assembly with moon gel pads
