walkera QR X350

I just purchased a Walkers QR X350. I was wondering if there was a good way to convert it into an UAV.I also have the same question for a Heli-Max 1SQ.If there are good solutions what would be the solution for a ground station

I guess one easy option is just take out the FCS 350 and put a APM 2.6 and you can use Mission Planner.
