Let me start by saying I'm a "newbie". I've become interested in multi-rotor aircraft in the past few weeks more for the AP platform than just the fun of RC flying (although I am pilot). I've Googlized every site I can find on the subject and watched every YouTube video .. it seems. After my research and a few emails from experienced people that were nice enough to respond to my questions I was ready to order an XAIRCRAFT X650. I wanted something more "substantial" than the GAUI 330X I had first considered.
I'm in the US so I look at the XAIRCRAFTUSA.COM web site to see what I need to do about placing an order. Hmm.. no ecommerce, no email address or phone # .. just a contact us form. OK .. I've started and run small businesses so I can understand this. I fill out the form last Friday expressing my interest in purchasing an X650. Its now Monday afternoon and no response.
Again .. I understand small, one man operations and not having the "bandwidth" to do everything as quickly as you'd like. But .. now I am having second thoughts about ordering from this company.
Now I am looking at the Turbo Ace X720. The distributor has an ecommerce web site, email address, phone # and even a show room. It appears these two aircraft and very similar in design and price.
If anyone has any insight into this before I order its appreciated!

If you want the XAIRCRAFT X650 I have some friends from China who are dealing with the Baby. I my self are using the thing and just waiting for the GPS update.
I have only positive things to say about the bird. Don't use money on the carbonfibre version. The Glassfibre are just as good, maybe a little better. The newest firmware are just great and very stable for AP work.
