Waypoint Flight Major Oscillation at the end for no know reason

Hi Guys, 

Just completed first waypoint flight on my X8

Was flying really well, then on completing nearing what i think would be the land command, it starts to oscillate really really badly. Copter was flying very well in stabilize, alt hold and loiter, dont see why it would have gone bad at this point at the end of the waypoint flight. Any ideas? Thanks

    Should i have used return to launch at the end of the waypoint flight instead of Land?

      Thats what I do. I always set my last waypoint as RTL.
