Waypoint mode

Hello guys.I'm quite new to ArduPilot and even to autopilot, so if there's anything I state here don't make sense, please do pardon me. =xI was reading about ArduPilot for a while as I am searching for a suitable microcontroller for a flying competition I am going to compete. So far this seems to be a good choice for me.I also read that ArduPilot has a function for flying between waypoints as programmed, but I have a query about this -Is it possible for ArduPilot to fly in a smaller area (like within a box 40m by 20m?) autonomously with waypoint mode??

    Sure, it's possible with the right airframe, but that's pretty tight. If you're using the 4Hz uBlox and a pattern-style plane (like a GWS Formosa) and amp up your PID gains, it's probably doable, but it won't be pretty ;-)
