APM with Airspeed and MediaTek 1.6, running the latest APM public release (i.e not one of the CVS but the main download page).
I have been tuning the system up, and it flies superbly! Except when I go AUTO > Manual > AUTO
If I let the plane fly the complete auto course (the last waypoint is an indefinate loiter) go back to manual mode for a while, and then go back to Auto, the plane seems to neither re-fly the course, or loiter above the last waypoint.
At best it can be described as a random figure of 8. The plane certainly is still flying itself (i.e its not falling out of the sky or just flying in a straight line) but its not really doing anything!
What's the default behaviour supposed to be for this, and how can I configure it to fly the course when going back into Auto?

Not sure why this happens, but I also have the same when I do the switching, so not a fault your side, think it's a code thing.
