You are on a budget?
Then get the 15$ Hobbyking cam with 420tvl. Great little camera, good colors. Just works. You can always upgrade from that.
Also, get the 5,8ghz 200mW video set and the CL/SPW (grey ones) antennas.
cheap setup and really good.
