When I look at a flight log I have several values I don't know what they mean:
In the GPS section: 'VZ', 'T'
In Attitude: 'ErrorRP'
in CTUN; 'RdrOut'
Can someone explain me what they mean?

Those are not parameters in the way that we call parameters.
They are dataflash log messages http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/downloading-and-analyzing-data-log...
yes sorry for using the wrong word you're right however I've read this page already but the mentioned dataflash log messages are not listed there.....

RdrOut is rudder out
ErrorRP is Error Roll Pitch
VZ is the vertical velocity
T is the APM time
