Hello there!
So i'll build my first quadcopter, so i'm thinking what FC to get. First i decided go for a DJI Naza M Lite /w gps ( for 80 euros ). But it has lack of features and i want to use osd with him. Then i looked at PixHawk, well its good, i don't know if it will fit my q450 frame, but it has great features and other says "Future proof". But original is too expensive, so i found a clone one, is it good? (http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Pixhawk-PX4-Autopilot-PIX-2-4-8-32-Bit-Flight-Controller-with-Safety-Switch-and-Buzzer/32603679643.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.10.OBxL04&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_6,searchweb201602_2_10017_10005_10006_10034_10021_507_10022_10020_10018_10019,searchweb201603_1&btsid=5d8ced9f-33aa-4a34-9aba-c4b56e88d6eb). So what FC to choose? Dji naza, PixHawk clone or other?

Geta Pixracer: www.auav.co/product-p/xr-v1.htm
Updated sensors, processor and better than Pixhawk1.
You will never regret!
it is good for ariel photography?
Sure.
i didn't found much information. from vids that people fly it is very unstable. You have one?
The Pixracer is 100% Pixhawk/Ardupilot compatible, it's a very good Pixhawk replacement and it's not a clone. Here is a video of mine flying one of it's predecessor the X1 (uses the same firmware - Arducopter v3.x), it's very stable and can be very agile: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BOkHSu8ffY
As far as features go as well as many other benefits Ardupilot is a good choice although it comes with a steep learning curve.
If there isn't time to learn the system and experiment then a DJI Phantom 3 would be a better choice
It looks good, but you have AUAV-X1. So OS is same as in Pixhawk 3dr? only it is smaller and has less ports?
yes.
But it also have better sensors.
Do you have it? And i saw that it only has 6 Chanell input...
i heard that it has compass inside and you conect second compass, so you have a little problem, becasue there is 2 compass
You can disable any of compasses.
