I about to make the servo cables between my RX & APM 2.5. The wiki 'Connecting your RC motors' shows that I must connect the cable's negative pin to the out side of the APM board.
The JR manual doesn't have a RX pin-out diagram.
My question is.... what is the best method of determining what my receiver's pin-outs are?
I'm using Hanson Hobby's RC connector kit to build the RX to APM input cables.
Thanks, steve

Did you ever confirm this that the bottom pin is GND?
I wired it like this with 5V and GND coming from the APM board's input (middle pin 5V and bottom pin GND)
Typically the pin closest to the board is negative, the center is positive, and the furthest from the board is the signal. Some receivers have battery specific inputs and others share common negative and positive rails so all are inputs or outputs. It looks like they cover it a little in the manual on page 10.
