• The IMU, so the pixhawk. It *is* important that the compass is far away from electricity sources, like the large copper cabling and the power distribution board. So the reason the compass is together with the GPS and stacked a bit higher is that you can put both a better distance away from these magnetic field sources. If your compass reading is not accurate, you may experience toilet bowling effects or it could fly away faster and faster in the wrong direction (flyaway).
