I had a crash last night about about 10-15 meters into some tall grass. Was minimal damage to the quad. One broken motor mount. When I saw it coming down it seemed like it went sideways like only one motor cut out. I was in level flight in stable mode when it happened. When it started coming down, I quickly disarmed the motors so it wasn't spinning when it hit the ground. Props were all ok. I was surprised it was beeping when I got to it. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and what I'm seeing is the normal boot sequence of beeps on all motors but not the normal light sequence on the oilpan. The APM lights are all normal. The oilpan has a solid blue light but the ABC lights never light. I've tried putting it in CLI mode and it also doesn't do the normal ABC walking lights.
And the front motor just does a beep and tiny prop movement every 2.5 seconds.
What should I do at this point?

OK solved the xbee problem. Copter side was bricked so I unbricked it and it's working again :) Crashes are such a good opportunity to learn :)
BTW, it would be good if they explained the blue red status lights. When it was NOT working, the copter side had solid blue and red and computer side just blue. Now it's just the opposite and it's working.
What does the red light indicate?
The orange (when communicating) is flickering on the computer side but not on the copter side.
An update on this:
Everything is working fine except the xbee. I get a blue and red light on the copter side and just a blue light on the computer side. Is there a wiki on status lights? I can unbrick it but don't want to if it's not a brick :) I have a feeling it's some other problem but not sure where to start. From reading the wiki it seems only the copter side can get bricked by receiving data before it's powered up and it's recommended to disconnect the blue wire always when powering up which I've never done.
Give more details as to the electronics and code loaded.
Oilpan version? APC code version?
