I am using an ArduIMUv3, an APM2.5, and an Arduino UNO.
I am able to use one USB (or both)connector to either the APM or the UNO to both load programs and supply power - even if I connect the UNO to the APM via an RC 3-wire servo wire connector.
How can I connect the ArduIMU via the FDTI and also possibly supply +5v from the UNO or APM. Which pins do I connect - and If I also plug in the FDTI, will that hurt the circuitry?
I want to end up with a single USB connector to the APM2.5 with the other two cards running off the APM when actually running for real. I will be flying along in a real aircraft gathering orientation data.
Thanks in advance!!

I'm sorry that I was confusing. I need to know which pin on the IMU should get the +5 volts from the APM. Hopefully, like both the APM and the UNO, I can supply +5v to the IMU but still be able to plug in the FDTI cable for dowloading new program versions even though the +5v is already coming from the APM.And yes, I will get the +5v from the APM input center pin.
Thanks for any and all help!
Dave
I'm not sure I understand the question, but the center pin on all of the analog ports of the APM is on the +5-volt bus.
