I am looking for sensors that can be attached with APM 2.8 so that the drone keeps a safe distance from the ground.
I found MB1260 XL-MaxSonar-EZL0. It has a good range as well. My professor told me to search for more as well. He also mentioned that this is not water-proof and there are more sensors out there that have a range of 10m and are better than this.
I would love it if someone would give me a list of sensors that are either sonar sensors or ultrasonic sensors that are better than MB1260 XL-MaxSonar-EZL0.
