Why is my Atm2.5 going into RTL Mode

I have a APM 2.5   that is going into RTL Mode  during Flight.

I don't have any modes selected for RTL and did not switch to any other Mode .. I'm  flying in Stabilize mode only.  all of a sudden it will go to RTL  and it shows it in the LOG.

I do have a Failsafe  if Radio signal is lost and it is set correctly. and I have not noticed any loss of control when this happens . My GPS and GCS failsafes are unchecked.

Is there any way to use the log and see what is invoking the RTL Mode.

Any suggestions on how to use the log for this problem? or any other tips on what to check.
