Thanks all for the value inside on this subject to me.
I`ve already measure the voltage and guess what the PM are giving 5.01V that pretty awesome... Thx 3DR!!!

You use that voltage to calibrate the ADC range and make the measurements more accurate. That said on newer version of FW it will calibrate automatically against the internal reference voltage of the ATMEGA2560 chip. I'll have to check which version the changes are applied to.
