I'm currently working on a S800 clone using a pixhawk flight controller.  I could used some guidance on wiring things up.

I'm not quite sure where to get the wiring harnesses that will run from the pixhawk to the motor wiring pins on the center board. I'm capable of building them, but not sure what parts I would need or where to get them. Local hobby shops are no help.

Also debating weather I should use the 4114 350 KV or 4114 400 KV motors. 

I'm planning powering the UAV with a 6s battery and could use some tips on the power wiring.
