When did the setup wizard become the only option for first time setup? 

I have the latest version of MP and am running arducopter 3.1 on my 3DR hex.

I am wondering once you start the setup wizard does it wipe all previous setting off the APM?

So it seems to me once you start the wizard you have to complete the setup,is that right?

I don't see a way to save what you have already completed.

Reason this is an issue with me is its cold so I was hoping to have every thing but compass cal. done as I understand that should be done outdoors away from metal and appliances and such.

Also for compass cal. I pretty well need to be connected via 3DR radios, to do the dance with cord attached be hard.

Did I miss something? Is there a way to save part of setup?

Looking through wizard my radio should be the first thing setup right? It was set as this was a RTF from 3DR. I added external compass gps also 3DR.

To me the MP is slightly different from the MP manual and I took it as the manual was not up to date. Another thing I was trying to find out how to use Terminal. That is not clear to me. I can type Help but that word comes up but then what do I push? Tried enter nothing. Maybe this is beyond me but is there a more clear explanation than whats in the manual, maybe for dummies like me, or does everyone find it easy?
