You can always use a larger amperage ESC than specified, you just shouldn't use a smaller one unless you know exactly how much current each motor will draw. Those Afro ESCs will handle the current from those 850 KV motors and barely get warm. I'm using them in my Y6 build and already have them on my quad. They are an interesting design, with no heat dissipation plate, so they are thinner than normal ESCs. You can stack two between the Y6 plates better. And they come with SimonK already on them. They don't just SAY they have SimonK, they actually do. Seems that's not a small things these days.....
