Hi Asa,
My RC link for my paparazzi based easystar was a futaba 12FGA at 50mhz(seemed getting my tech ticket was the only way out of interference) (never flown as a uav unfortunately...) RC in those days was all 72mhz and Spektrum was a gleam in cypress semiconductors eye...
does that count?? :)
