Best Flight Controller System for VTOL UAV

Hi guys, what do you think is the best Flight Controller for VTOL UAV, I am planning to make a small VTOL UAV, its kinda like the V-22 Osprey. My first choice  is the KK2 board with OAV firmware however, I need GPS for way points, Any suggestion guys?

    It has 1 meter wingspan but I am still on its design stage, i am planning to 3d print the whole thing. Are there any chance to incorporate gps to KK2?
