I finally received my wltoys v262 that I ordered from Myrcmart (by the way I'm recommend this guys from HK....I paid for the quad 45$+32$ It's cheaper that Banggood!)

First thing to do when I opened the Retail box and get the huge size quad was to take of the oversized foam. I didn't like it from the beginning. Although it highly recommended for newbies...like my father as a example since it unbreakable.

Well, taking off the foam leaves the quad naked, So I planned to manufacture with my 3D printer a nice canopy and landing squids that will be able to carry the Rhino zippy 1250Mah 20c batteries I ordered from HobbyKing and the Mobius CAM i ordered from eletoponline365.

For the canopy I wanted to design something that could observe the impact of a crash and save the PCB

and for the navigation I wanted to add some frontal  and back LEDs.

The Squids needed to be high to carry underneath a Mobius cam and since I don't like Velcro's to hold my batteries I designed a special compartment where the bats can lay nice with some pressure.
