Need a ppm encoder for hitec optima 6 reciever ?

I use hitec aurora 9 transmitter and I want to try autopilot system. My receiver is hitech optima 6 channel .I dont know it has a ppm or s bus support. Otherwise , do I have to get a ppm encoder for my receiver ?Do you have any idea about it?
