Difficulties with ESC choice and sizing - early thermal protection

Hi guys,

I had some problem with turnigy AE-30A... testing them at 8.7A continuous amperes (the take off current of each motor), without flying and without any forced air flow, just on the desktop.. it easy lead to thermal protection within 3 minutes.
