5V on signal output pins

I cannot arm ESC.

If i use pass thru mode I can calibrate throttle hi and lo, ESC beeps ok, motors spins on trottle stick.

But when i boot APM2.5.2 it arms but no response from ESC and led light not goes on, and not any beep sound.

Mission Planner Software error

Just after installation I getting this screen.
What it could be, and how I can fix it?

I have win 7 x64 system.

Install fresh video driver, and NET Framework.
