Collective pitch lock and values doesnt work/behave strangely 2.5

have an apm 2.5 with a trex 600 flybarless

working on it for some weeks now and I have this unusual behaviour of H_SV_MAN value when being set to 2-3-4-5 acts like it is on 0. with 1 it works.
