Here are the settings I used to setup the 6 flight modes on a new Spektrum DX7 system. Im sure there is a better way to set this up but I did this off the PMW values in Mission Planner and they work great. FYI the Order that I have for flight modes in Mission Planner are as follows. 1Stabilize, 2 Stabilize, 3 Loiter, 4 Alt Hold, 5 Auto, 6 RTL. I have this remote working with a Pixhawk on a 3DR Quad. I hope this helps someone out, it took me a couple hours to figure this out this morning.
