About Me:

I am a health care and policy professional with a life long interest in science and technology. Several years ago I purchased an A.R. Drone 2 from the store. It was so crappy I hated flying it, but I was intrigued and became obsessed with how to build something better. Several planes, multi-rotors, and crashes later, here I am!

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I am just a hobbyist and prefer fixed wing platforms. I never really got into the multi-rotor craze. My ultimate goal is to get our hobby into the hands of children in the lowest socioeconomic spectrum, so that we can spur a new generation of science literate Americans.
