Assigning flight mode switches

Hi all,

I'm setting up a quad (SteadiDrone) with ArduCopter and a 9ch Tx (JRx-9303).

Everything is up and running, but I'm having a hard time finding a guide on assigning switches in Mission Planner from being all "stabilized" to Stabilize, Acro, Alt h
