Simple BCG first settings for use on large CF Gimbal with Canon 5D

I've been working on a gimbal for my 5D MIII and I have everything up and running with Simple BCG running Alexmo's with 3rd Axis add on. Calibration and balancing good. But I am sort of at a loss with the PID and other settings aimed at tiny cams.
